Development of Core Employability Skills
Throughout this module, I developed several employability skills which are important for my academic and professional growth. One of my strongest qualities is punctuality. I attended most classes, workshops and group activities on time, and my 89% attendance record shows discipline, organization and respect for others’ time.
I also improved my collaboration skills through group projects, where I contributed by researching, analysing and sharing new ideas. Working with classmates helped me understand different perspectives and maintain a positive and supportive environment
Growth in Communication and Professional Confidence
Effective communication was another key skill I strengthened. I participated in discussions, asked questions and shared my ideas clearly, which increased my confidence in teamwork and presentations. My written communication also improved through reflective writing and preparing content for tasks.
These experiences have helped me become more confident, responsible and prepared for future workplace opportunities.
